Nanatsu no Taizai

Nanatsu no Taizai unfolds in a world reminiscent of the European Middle Ages, where the Holy Knights of Britannia wield immense magic to protect Britannia and its kingdoms. Long ago, a small order of those knights was accused of betraying their homeland and turning their blades against their comrades in a failed attempt to overthrow the ruler of Liones. Defeated and scattered, they became the legendary "Seven Deadly Sins," and rumors persisted that they were still alive even after the kingdom moved on. Ten years later, the Holy Knights themselves stage a coup d’état and seize control of the Kingdom of Liones, ruling it with tyranny instead of justice. Caught in the aftermath is Elizabeth, the third princess of the Kingdom of Liones, who sets out to find the Seven Deadly Sins and bring them back together. With their help, she hopes to reclaim her kingdom from the Holy Knights and seek justice in a world where power has replaced honor. Based on the best-selling manga series of the same name, Nanatsu no Taizai follows an adventure that blends chivalric fantasy, sweeping battles, and the uneasy bond between a princess and the outlaws who may be her kingdom’s only hope.
