Black Clover

Black Clover unfolds in a kingdom where magic decides status, talent, and even who gets to shape the future. Asta and Yuno are abandoned at the same church on the same day and grow up there as brothers in all but blood, bound by a single promise: each will become the next Wizard King. Yuno is a natural prodigy, able to wield magic with striking power and control, while Asta has no magic at all and relies on relentless physical training, stubborn determination, and an unshakable refusal to give up. At fifteen, their rivalry finally takes shape. Yuno is chosen to receive a spectacular four-leaf clover Grimoire, while Asta is left with nothing and faces a future that seems closed to him. When a thief attacks Yuno and tries to steal the Grimoire, Asta rushes into the fight despite being hopelessly outmatched. In a surge of raw emotion, he awakens a five-leaf clover Grimoire known as the Black Clover and gains the strength he needs to drive the attacker back. From that moment on, Asta and Yuno step into the wider world with the same dream expressed in very different ways: Yuno through effortless genius, Asta through sheer grit and the power of a Grimoire that should not exist. As they seek their place among the kingdom's mages, their rivalry grows into a story of ambition, loyalty, and the determination to rise beyond the limits the world assigns them.
