Gakuto Kajiwara

Gakuto Kajiwara (born November 28, 1994 in Osaka Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor and singer affiliated with Haikyō. After training in the 48th class of Haikyō Voice Actors Studio from late 2016, he made his voice-acting debut in 2017 and landed his first leading role the same year as Asta in Black Clover. He is also known for voicing Shinra Kusakabe in Fire Force, Hitohito Tadano in Komi Can't Communicate, Luka in Honkai: Star Rail, and Hiiro Amagi in Ensemble Stars!. Kajiwara lived in Toyama until his first year of high school, then transferred to a Japanese school in Singapore, where he joined the light music club and spent nearly three years before returning to Japan. He later entered the film department at Nihon University College of Art. Alongside voice acting, he sings, plays guitar, composes, and has a strong interest in music and manga. He has said that watching Yuuki Kaji’s performance in Guilty Crown made his interest in voice acting more concrete, and his hobbies and sports include swimming, volleyball, soccer, going to the cinema, and spending time outdoors. In 2018 he opened the YouTube channel 『ガクともチャンネル』, and in 2020 he won the Best New Actor award at the 14th Seiyu Awards. He made his artist debut on November 25, 2020 with the 1st single "A Walk" from avex pictures, which was used as the ending theme for Black Clover, and released the 1st mini album "何処かの君に" on October 20, 2021. On April 4, 2026, he announced his departure from avex pictures, the launch of the four-member rock band "kokokara", and a move to Lily Records. He has also been announced in later projects including Fate/Strange Fake, TANK CHAIR, Tougen Anki season 2, and Black Clover 2nd Season.
