Spyair, stylized as SPYAIR, is a prominent rock band hailing from Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, formed in 2005. The band gained recognition for its energetic performances and a unique blend of rock, pop, and electronic music elements. Initially, they made a name in the Japanese music scene with their hit singles and dynamic sound, quickly becoming a staple in the J-Rock genre.
On March 31, 2022, vocalist IKE announced his departure from the band due to his struggle with ulcerative colitis, a chronic inflammatory bowel disease. Following his exit, the remaining members—YOSUKE (Vocals), KENTA (Drums), MOMIKEN (Bass), and UZ (Guitar/Programming)—continued to perform as a trio until they introduced their new vocalist, YOSUKE, in April 2023, marking a new chapter in their musical journey.
SPYAIR’s discography includes several successful albums and singles, with notable tracks like "I Wanna Be...", "Samurai Heart (Some Like It Hot!!)" and "Last Moment".
