Haruka Tomatsu (戸松 遥) is a Japanese seiyuu and singer from Ichinomiya, Aichi, Japan. Born on February 4, 1990, she is 165 cm tall and has blood type B. She made her seiyuu debut in 2007 as Corticarte Apa Lagranges in Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica, and later became widely recognized for roles such as Lala Satalin Deviluke in To Love-Ru and Shiho Sannomiya in Zettai Karen Children. These credits established her as a familiar voice in anime and helped connect her career to the broader seiyuu music scene.
Before graduating from high school in 2008, Tomatsu lived in Ichinomiya and frequently took the shinkansen between Nagoya and Tokyo to attend recordings.
