Moeka Koizumi is a Japanese performer and member of the voice actor unit harmoe. Born in Japan on February 27, 1996, she is associated with anime music through harmoe’s work on TV anime themes and related projects. In 2025, harmoe shared the music video for the opening song of ZatsuTabi -That's Journey-, and in 2026 the unit released a fifth-anniversary memorial video. In June 2026, harmoe was also announced to perform the ending theme for the TV anime "Tenkou-saki no Seiso Karen na Bishoujo ga, Mukashi Danshi da to Omotte Issho ni Asonda Osananajimi Datta Ken." Outside music, Koizumi was cast in the 2026 stage adaptation of Time Agent, further linking her career to anime-related productions and stage work.
