harmoe is a Japanese voice actor unit and J-pop duo formed in March 2021 by Haruki Iwata and Moeka Koizumi. Signed to Pony Canyon, the project pairs bright, melodic pop with polished vocals and a character-driven image that fits naturally within anime music culture.
The duo has built a growing anime profile through theme songs for ZatsuTabi -That's Journey- and Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of All Time. Its visibility increased further with the 2025 music video for the ZatsuTabi opening song, the March 2026 5th anniversary memorial video, and the 2026 music video for "Oh Boy, Was I Wrong About Her," an anime ending song.
