Shingeki no Kyojin

Attack on Titan takes place in a world where humanity was driven to near extinction centuries ago by monstrous humanoid creatures known as Titans, forcing the survivors to live behind enormous concentric walls. The Titans are feared not only for their size and strength, but for the unsettling way they seem to hunt human flesh with something closer to cruel pleasure than hunger. For a hundred years, those walls preserve a fragile peace and protect what remains of civilization, until a Colossal Titan suddenly breaches the outer wall and brings the nightmare back to life. After suffering a devastating personal loss at the hands of the invading creatures, Eren Yeager dedicates his life to exterminating the Titans by joining the Survey Corps, the elite military unit that fights beyond the safety of the walls. Alongside his adopted sister Mikasa Ackerman and his childhood friend Armin Arlert, Eren enters a brutal war for survival and pushes forward in the search for a way to defeat the Titans before the last walls are breached. As the conflict deepens, humanity’s fight against the man-eating abominations becomes a race against time and a struggle to hold on to what remains of their world.
