Synopsis
Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It follows Ayame Himuro and Shinya Yukimura, two brilliant Saitama University researchers who trust data, logic, and repeatable results more than feelings. When Himuro openly says she is in love with Yukimura, the pair refuses to accept romance as something that can simply be felt; instead, they set out to measure it. In a series of carefully designed experiments, they examine everything from the physical signs of attraction to the habits, reactions, and emotional responses that might reveal whether their own relationship is something more than shared curiosity.
As the two scientists turn their attention to each other, their attempts to define love become increasingly personal, and the line between objective observation and honest emotion starts to blur. With help from their friends, Himuro and Yukimura continue testing theories, collecting evidence, and questioning every result in hopes of proving whether the human heart can really be explained by science. The series blends romantic comedy with lab-style reasoning, turning everyday awkwardness into a playful battle between rational thought and undeniable feelings.
