Saori Hayami

Real name: Saori Matsuo (松尾 沙織) Blood type: AB Height: 164 cm Hometown: Tokyo, Japan Saori Hayami became interested in voice acting while in elementary school. In 2004 she enrolled in the junior class at Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyūjo, a voice acting training school. She became curious about how Audrey Hepburn’s voice was dubbed after realizing the voice she heard wasn’t the actress’s original voice. She remembers leaving a flyer for the voice acting school on the kitchen table, and her mother telling her to pick up the phone and call herself. Her career began when she passed an audition for I'm Enterprise in 2006, at the end of her second year at the training school. Hayami is also known for her singing, mainly through performing anime and character songs, notably as Kaede Takagaki in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls franchise. Saori Hayami won the 10th Seiyu Awards for Best Supporting Actress. Member of the duet "Blue Drops" with Hitomi Yoshida.
