The place of hope

"The place of hope" is a song by Maon Kurosaki used as the eighth ending theme for the 2010 television anime Highschool of the Dead, known in English as High School of the Dead and in Japanese as 学園黙示録HIGHSCHOOL OF THE DEAD. The series was animated by Madhouse.

Maon Kurosaki performed multiple ending themes for Highschool of the Dead across different episodes. "The place of hope" appears on H.O.T.D., her debut album, released in September 2010 and built around the ending themes from the series.
