Take off

"Take off" is a song by 2PM that served as the first ending theme for the 2011 anime series Ao no Exorcist (Blue Exorcist; 青の祓魔師), which was animated by A-1 Pictures. Released in Japan on May 18, 2011, it was the group's debut Japanese single.

The single appeared in multiple editions, including a CD+DVD limited edition and a regular edition, and it was later included on 2PM's 2011 Japanese studio album Republic of 2PM. Its music was composed by 박진영, with lyrics by Kenn Kato, and it reached No. 4 on Oricon's daily singles chart with 21,253 copies sold on its first day, No. 4 on the weekly chart with 59,059 copies in its first week, and 77,918 copies sold in Japan by the end of 2011.
