Shytaupe

Shytaupe is a Japanese group formed in June 2022. Since its formation, the band has become relevant to anime music through recent theme-song work for TV series, giving listeners a clear entry point into its catalog. In 2026, Shytaupe released 'Miss You' as the ending theme for TV anime Vigilante -My Hero Academia ILLEGALS- Season 2, and the song was promoted with an anime-illustrated jacket and a music video. The group also provided 'Refrain' as the opening theme for TV anime Replica da tte, Koisuru., alongside a single release and one-man live announcement around the same period. With these credits, Shytaupe stands out as a contemporary Japanese act closely connected to current anime broadcasts and opening and ending themes.
