Ima Mulasaki (紫今)

Ima Mulasaki (紫今) is a Japanese singer-songwriter and indie rock artist born on May 29, 2002. At the end of 2022, posts of her song "ゴールデンタイム" on TikTok drew attention. She then gave the song a digital release on March 15, 2023. Her first EP, "Gallery", followed on May 10, 2023. A track from it, "凡人様", later spread widely on TikTok and YouTube. Later that year, her digital single "Not Queen" was selected for FM802's December HEAVY ROTATION. In 2024, she made her major-label debut through Sony Records. Anime theme work became part of her catalog with "Gakkyuu Nisshi (学級日誌)" for "Ao no Exorcist" and "Mental Rental (メンタルレンタル)" for "Yuusha no Kuzu". On March 12, 2025, she released her first full album, "eMulsion", which included "魔性の女A" and "ウワサのあの子". In 2026, her song "New Walk" was selected as the ending theme for the TV anime "左ききのエレン" (Hidarikiki no Eren). The track later received a CD release and streaming rollout, and its music video was filmed in New York. Around the same period, she also announced a solo tour across Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka.
