Aika Kobayashi

Aika Kobayashi is a Japanese singer and voice actress from Kanagawa Prefecture, born on October 23, 1993. Also known in Japanese as 小林愛香, she works in j-pop and anime music, with a career built around character songs and anison projects. She is best known to many fans for voicing Kanan Matsuura in Love Live! Sunshine!! and for her work with Aqours, where her performances helped define the franchise's sound. Kobayashi has also developed a solo singing career, and her recordings keep her closely tied to contemporary Japanese anime songs and the broader anison scene. Her performances are often described as melodic and expressive, which suits music created to expand the identity of a character or series. That combination shows how a voice actor-singer can shape both a franchise's sound and its image. In June 2026, Kobayashi moved to Lantis and released the new song "BLUE MAGIC," adding another chapter to a career that connects pop, anime songs, and voice acting. For listeners searching for anime singers, voice actress singers, or Love Live! Sunshine!! performers, Aika Kobayashi remains a notable figure in modern anime music.
