Kuroneko to Majo no Kyoushitsu

In Kuroneko to Majo no Kyoushitsu, Spica Virgo is a gifted but underqualified apprentice who dreams of entering the prestigious Royal Diana Academy and someday becoming a sorceress worthy of her idol, Claude Sirius. The academy admits only those with exceptional magical talent, and graduation can open the door to the highest ranks of the magical world or even a place within the royal family, so every seat is fiercely contested. Spica has the ambition to reach that level, but she lacks the connections and experience needed to earn her place on her own. Her path changes when she meets a mysterious black cat with remarkable magical talent. He agrees to teach her, but only if she helps break the curse that has trapped him in feline form. What begins as a bargain grows into an intense mentor-student relationship, with the cat pushing Spica through demanding training and tests that force her to confront both her weaknesses and her potential. As they work toward lifting the curse, Spica must balance her admiration for Claude Sirius, her dream of entering the academy, and the hard reality of proving that she belongs in a world built for the most gifted sorcerers. Their uneasy partnership turns every lesson into a test of trust, discipline, and resolve.
