Natsu Matsuri (夏祭り) is the fourth ending theme of the 2013 TV anime Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui, also known as No Matter How I Look at It, It's You Guys' Fault I'm Not Popular!, which SILVER LINK. animated. Utsu-P and Minatsukitoka perform the WataMote version with Hatsune Miku.

The song began with Jitterin'Jinn, who first recorded it in 1990, and it later became widely known through Whiteberry's 2000 single. Kyōsuke Miyata wrote the lyrics and Yoshihiko Enomoto composed the music. This anime rendition keeps the tune's summery lift but adds a more synthetic, high-contrast vocal texture.

As an ending theme, its quick pulse and festival brightness create an ironic counterpoint to Tomoko Kuroki's awkward, often painful school life. That contrast suits WataMote's dry comedy, where embarrassment and loneliness sit beside exaggerated inner fantasy. The result is a familiar pop song reframed through Vocaloid color for a distinctly different anime aftertaste.
