daze

"daze" is the first opening theme for the 2014 television anime Mekakucity Actors, the anime adaptation of Kagerou Project, the multimedia series created by Jin. The version used in the series was performed by Jin featuring MARiA from GARNiDELiA, and the anime was animated by Shaft.

The song appeared on Jin's 2014 major-label debut single "daze / days," which was issued in multiple editions. Jin wrote, composed, and arranged the song, and the same release project also included a different vocal version credited to Jin featuring Lia. The single reached No. 3 on Oricon's weekly singles chart, and "daze" later appeared on Jin's 2016 album "Mekakucity Reload."
