Vivid BAD SQUAD is a Japanese virtual music unit from Project SEKAI: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku that debuted in 2020. The unit centers on Kohane Azusawa, An Shiraishi, Akito Shinonome, and Toya Aoyagi, with the Vocaloid characters appearing alongside them within the project.
Built around a street-style image and performance-driven songs, its music blends energetic pop with dance and hip-hop influences. The group's sound emphasizes strong vocals, momentum, a live-stage feel, polished production, youthful rivalry, and an expressive style.
Its music and story are built around growth through live performance, teamwork, and the pursuit of a stronger stage presence. Within Project Sekai, Vivid BAD SQUAD performed "Worlders," the ending theme of "Project Sekai," continuing the group's character-driven and performance-focused approach.
