tuki. is a Japanese singer-songwriter born in 2008 and active since 2023. She emerged as part of a new generation of online-first artists in Japan. Her songs are restrained, intimate J-pop and ballad-oriented works, with emotionally direct lyrics and sparse arrangements that keep melody, mood, vocal nuance, and the feeling behind the words at the center. She works anonymously and keeps her face hidden in music videos and live performances.
Her debut single, "Bansanka", was released in September 2023. It reached No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 on January 24, 2024, making her the youngest artist in the chart's history to surpass 100 million views on streaming services.
In 2026, she performed "Rei-zero- (零-zero-)" and "zero" for Snowball Earth. There, she was associated with the anime's opening theme song and the release of the opening-song animation music video.
