Swimy

Swimy is a Japanese twin-vocal rock band formed in Shiga Prefecture in 2011. After several lineup changes, the group began operating as a four-member band in 2013, with Takumi among its members. Before its major debut, Swimy issued the demos "もしも", "アクアリウム", "僕とキミ", and "とらいあんぐる". In 2015, it followed those releases with "マスコットになりたくて" on FIRE STARTER and the mini-album "ラブルと宇宙". Swimy made its major-label debut through Ariola Japan on March 2, 2016 with the single "Acchi Muite (あっちむいて)", which served as the opening theme for "Gintama". It later released the mini-albums "おひとりさま" in 2016 and "絶絶ep" in 2017, and performed "Zetsu Zetsu (『絶絶（ぜつぜつ）)" as the ending theme for "Naruto". In July 2017, みっけ left the group, and タイキロイド departed in June 2018. Swimy then continued as a two-member act, changed its name to "Swimy," on August 1, 2018, and released the internet-distributed single "羅々／悠々" that September.
