R-Shitei (R-指定), born Kyohei Nogami (野上恭平), is a Japanese rapper and one half of the hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts. He first built his reputation through freestyle rap and battle culture, winning multiple freestyle competitions over several consecutive years. That period established him as a performer known for improvisation, quick wordplay, sharp delivery, and live performance.
As his activities with Creepy Nuts brought him to a wider audience beyond rap battles, that competitive background remained central to his work. His profile as a recording artist includes "Hiten (飛天)", the opening theme of "Rurouni Kenshin", and his name remains closely associated with the technical skill and freestyle-rooted approach that first drew attention to him.
