Nakigoto

Nakigoto is a Japanese j-rock duo formed in September 2018 by 岡田安未 and 水上えみり after the breakup of 雨音コンプレックス. The band began live activity in October 2018. In 2019, it released its first nationally distributed single, "nakigao," through murffin Lab, then moved to [NOiD] later that year. After that, the duo released the mini albums 『夜のつくり方』, 『黄昏STARSHIP』, and 『パトローネの内側で』, followed by its first full album 『NAKIGOTO,』. Nakigoto is affiliated with Epic Records Japan and murffin discs, and maintains an official website at nakigoto.com. In anime music, Nakigoto performed "204-goushitsu," the ending theme for the fifth season of Rent-a-Girlfriend (Kanojo, Okarishimasu). A non-credit ending video for the song was released in April 2026. Later that year, the group completed its first tour in its new lineup with a final show at Zepp Shinjuku on June 5, 2026, and was included in the first artist announcement for MINAMI WHEEL 2026.
