Miho Okasaki is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Okayama Prefecture, Japan. Born on November 22, 1998, and credited early in her public music activities as Mihoko Itami, she built her profile in the anime song circuit before making an official recording debut. Her music is identified with J-pop, and her work sits close to anime and anison culture.
In 2013, as Mihoko Itami, Okasaki appeared in the 7th Anisong Grand Prix alongside Tatsuyuki Kobayashi, an early step that connected her to the anime song scene. In 2014 she competed on Nodojiman, where Nana Mizuki served as a judge, and won by performing DISCOTIQUE in front of her. Okasaki made her artist debut on September 15, 2021 through King Amusement Creative with Happiness (ハピネス), the same label associated with Nana Mizuki, and she is represented by I'm Enterprise. Since then, her music activity has continued with the release of her first mini-album SHAKING in July 2025, the music video for the ending song tied to the anime Private Tutor to the Duke's Daughter in June 2025, and the HAPPY LUCKY JET!! music video in January 2026.
