Masaki Suda

Masaki Suda, the stage name of Taishō Sugō, is a Japanese actor and singer born on February 21, 1993, in Minoh, Japan. As a solo artist on Epic Records Japan, he works in j-pop and singer-songwriter styles, shaping songs around melodic hooks, direct emotion, and an understated delivery that feels personal rather than overproduced. Alongside his acting career, Suda has developed a clear identity as a recording artist. His music blends contemporary Japanese pop with a restrained, intimate tone, which gives his catalog a distinct character for listeners who enjoy singer-actors with a recognizable voice and a straightforward approach to songwriting. Rather than treating his screen work and music as separate lanes, his career shows how both can reinforce the same public identity. For fans searching for Masaki Suda, his appeal comes from that combination of acting, solo music, and a sound that sits comfortably between pop immediacy and singer-songwriter detail. It is a profile built on versatility, but also on consistency: a modern Japanese performer whose music remains tied to his own personality and presentation.
