Lezel

Lezel is a Japanese singer who began her activities in June 2020 and is best known for being in charge of the singing cast for the TV anime Ya Boy Kongming! She made her debut as an artist under the name "Lezel" through Avex Pictures Inc. Co., Ltd., establishing herself as a voice associated with anime-linked music from the start of her career. Her artistic profile emphasizes intensity and defiance. Lezel describes her singing as being driven by anger toward unreasonableness, resistance to oppression, and suspicion of common sense, a statement that reflects a forceful and outspoken image rather than a conventional pop persona. The phrase "I sing my universal ──." is also part of her identity, reinforcing the idea of a personal and expressive performance style. This self-description helps define why Lezel stands out as a singer tied to anime music: her work combines a clear artist identity with a dramatic, emotionally charged approach. She is also presented as Lezel (Les-Ailes), adding another layer to her artist name and branding. Since her debut in 2020, Lezel has remained closely associated with Ya Boy Kongming! and with the distinct image introduced through her Avex Pictures debut.
