Iginari Touhoku San

Iginari Touhoku San is a Japanese idol group from the Tohoku region, formed on 2015-08-09 and managed under Stardust Promotion. Built around bright J-pop, upbeat songs, and synchronized choreography, the group represents regional idol culture with a lively stage image rather than a studio-only pop approach. The current lineup includes Karen Tachibana, Hikaru Ritsuki, Hinano Sakura, Kaya Date, Rine Kitami, Waka Yasumori, Shinju Kichise, Miu Fujitani, and Yuna Hazuki. Their music pairs catchy choruses with polished idol performance, making Iginari Touhoku San a strong search target for listeners looking for energetic Japanese idol acts with a clear Tohoku identity. In 2026, the group marked its 11th anniversary with a two-day solo event that also surprised fans with the announcement of its first best album, Iginari Best, set for release on August 5, 2026. Around the same rollout, the jacket artwork, track list, and new visual for the compilation were unveiled, and a new song was premiered during a hall performance, keeping the group active and highly visible in the Japanese idol scene.
