fourfolium

fourfolium is a Japanese character song unit associated with the anime NEW GAME!, best known for bringing together the voices of the series’ main cast in a cheerful, polished pop style. The group is credited to Aoba Suzukaze (Yuuki Takada), Hifumi Takimoto (Ayumi Takeo), Rin Toyama (Rie Murakawa), and Umiko Ahagon (Megumi Yamaguchi), linking the project directly to the anime’s identity. As an anime music act, fourfolium sits at the intersection of character songs and J-pop, with arrangements built around bright melodies, ensemble vocals, and the upbeat energy that fans of anisong often search for. That sound helps the unit stand out as more than a simple cast recording, giving its music a distinct personality tied to the world of NEW GAME!. The project is especially relevant to listeners who follow anime voice actresses as musical performers, since it shows how seiyuu-led units can extend a series’ atmosphere into music releases. For fans searching for fourfolium, the name usually refers to this NEW GAME!-related unit rather than a conventional standalone band, which makes the artist page a useful reference point. Because of its strong connection to the anime and its recognizable cast lineup, fourfolium remains an important name for anyone exploring NEW GAME! songs, character music, and modern anime pop acts. It is a clear example of how anime-themed artist projects can build a distinct identity within the broader J-pop and anison landscape.
