Emi Nitta

Emi Nitta is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Nagano, Japan, born on December 10, 1985. She is best known for anime-related music and character songs, and she is closely associated with the anisong scene, where seiyuu performers move between character roles, theme songs, and live appearances. Nitta gained wide recognition in the 2010s through Love Live!, the idol-focused anime franchise that helped define her profile among fans of character-driven pop and ensemble performances. Her voice and singing became strongly connected with the appeal of the series, and she has also continued to work as a solo singer on projects that sit at the intersection of anime, pop, and character music. Her style is rooted in bright, melodic J-pop with an emotional delivery that fits songs built around energy, sincerity, and dramatic feeling. More recently, she performed "Snow halation" for the CrosSing project in 2025, and in 2026 she joined a Love Live! collaboration ceremonial pitch at a Seibu Giants game alongside Sora Tokui, showing her continued visibility in anime and anisong culture.
