Ayumu Imazu

Ayumu Imazu (今津渉, born 12 May 2000) is a Japanese singer-songwriter from Osaka Prefecture. He works in J-pop, pop, and singer-songwriter styles, and his songs are defined by melodic writing, polished production, and a clean contemporary sound. As a solo artist, he fits comfortably within today’s Japanese pop scene, where accessible hooks and straightforward songwriting are central to his appeal. His catalog reflects a modern pop approach rather than a heavily experimental one, which makes his music easy to connect with for listeners who follow current Japanese pop and vocal-driven artists. In 2025, he also became more visible in anime music through the opening song for Let's Go Karaoke!, for which he released the music video, adding a direct link to anime theme-song audiences while keeping his identity rooted in J-pop.
