The Unlimited - Hyoubu Kyosuke -

The Unlimited - Hyoubu Kyousuke - follows Kyousuke Hyoubu, an ESPer who was betrayed many years ago and is now one of the most powerful ESPers alive, as well as a fugitive. Feared by ordinary people and hunted by the world that rejected him, he carries himself with a cold, intimidating presence, yet behind that glare lies a genuinely kind heart. Hyoubu's mission is not simple revenge: he uses his power to rescue ESPers who are mistreated by humans, and he is willing to rely on force when peaceful means fail. As he moves from one dangerous confrontation to the next, the people he saves begin to gather around him, drawn by his resolve and by the promise of a place where ESPers will not be treated as disposable weapons. Over time, Hyoubu wins their loyalty and builds P.A.N.D.R.A., a group that reflects both his defiance and his compassion. The result is a story of power, suspicion, and uneasy hope, in which Hyoubu stands at the center as both a feared outlaw and a protector for those who have nowhere else to turn.
