Renai Boukun

Renai Boukun follows Seiji Aino, an ordinary high school boy whose quiet life is upended when Guri, a strange cosplaying cupid, appears at his door with the Kiss Note, a notebook that can bind any two names into a couple. Guri has accidentally written Seiji's name while indulging in her yaoi fantasies, and after Seiji kisses her, she explains that the kiss was meaningless because she has not paired him with anyone yet. Worse, if Seiji does not get coupled soon, Guri will die and Seiji will remain a virgin for eternity. Trying to dodge that ridiculous fate, Seiji sets his sights on the beautiful and popular Akane Hiyama. But Akane turns out to be far more dangerous than she looks, revealing a vicious, obsessive love for Seiji and attacking anyone who gets close to him. When Guri pairs Seiji and Akane in the Kiss Note to save him from further bodily harm, the situation only grows stranger: Guri's own feelings lead her to pair the two of them with herself as well.
