Ponkotsu Fuuki Iin to Skirt-take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi centers on Sakuradaimon, a diligent member of his school's Public Morals Committee who spends his days stationed at the gate, trying to keep the student body in line. His orderly routine is constantly thrown off by Kohinata, the girl with bright hair and a skirt that never seems to meet the dress code, and every meeting between them turns into another round of scolding, denial, and embarrassed reactions.
The comedy grows out of the contrast between Sakuradaimon's strict sense of duty and the awkward clumsiness that keeps undermining his attempts to look composed. Kohinata keeps appearing in his orbit, turning a simple school-rules setup into a playful romance built on friction, repeated encounters, and the tension between discipline and mischief. Instead of relying on big declarations, the series finds its charm in small clashes, bad timing, and the gradual shift from arguments that feel like punishment to moments that start to feel like attraction.
