Norn9

Norn9 follows a futuristic world where a mysterious entity known as The World has preserved peace so completely that war has become little more than a fable. From the airship Norn, nine people with special abilities are sent toward that hidden destination, even though no one knows where The World truly lies. When the last passenger is finally collected, the Norn takes off with eight men and three women aboard. Among them is Koharu, who has finally escaped her loneliness but despises the destructive power she cannot fully control; Mikoto Kuga, a girl born to a noble family who uses her barrier skill to protect the Norn and everyone it carries; and Nanami Shiranui, whose ability brings only pain and who wishes to die for a sin she committed in the past. As the journey continues, unease grows when the passengers realize there are too many people on board and that someone may have sneaked aboard unnoticed. Before they can uncover the truth, the ship is attacked by an unknown assailant determined to stop the Norn's progress at all costs. Caught in the chaos, the group must confront why they were given their powers in the first place and what awaits them once they reach The World.
