Kikansha no Mahou wa Tokubetsu desu

Kikansha no Mahou wa Tokubetsu desu follows Desir Herrman, a mage who spends ten years fighting beside his allies against the Shadow World and the calamity known as the Shadow Labyrinth. At the end of that long war, Desir and his companions confront the Destruction Dragon Boromir Napolitan, only to be defeated as their world is annihilated. Instead of dying with the rest of humanity, Desir opens his eyes thirteen years in the past, returning to the day he enters Hebrion Academy while retaining the memories of everything that came before. With that knowledge, Desir sets out to change the future from inside a classist society that weakens humanity when it can least afford division. Assigned to the Beta Class, the lowest rank for commoners, he must prove his worth under the pressure of the elite Alpha Class while rebuilding the team he will need for the battles ahead. His second chance brings him back to Romantica Eru, the wind mage he is determined to save, and to Pram Schneider, another key ally in the struggle to prevent catastrophe. Every decision at Hebrion Academy becomes part of a larger strategy to challenge the existing order, gather stronger companions, and stop the future from repeating itself.
