Dragon Crisis! follows Kisaragi Ryuji, an ordinary high school boy whose life is upended when his second cousin Eriko drags him into the shadowy world of relic smuggling and black-market dealers. After the two steal a relic box from a shady broker, they discover Rose, a red dragon girl sealed inside. Their impulsive theft immediately draws the attention of a black organization that is determined to capture her, forcing Ryuji to rely on his skills as a relic handler to keep Rose hidden and alive.
As Ryuji, Eriko, and Rose are pulled deeper into hidden factions and dangerous relics, the mystery surrounding Rose's power becomes harder to ignore. Between school life, uneasy alliances, and sudden battles, Ryuji has to protect the girl at the center of the conflict while still trying to preserve some fragment of normalcy.
