Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!

In Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!, everyone remembers a phase of adolescence when ordinary life felt too small and imagination felt more real than the world around them. That over-the-top self-image, known as chuunibyou, becomes the emotional center of the series: the source of comedy, embarrassment, and, unexpectedly, genuine connection. Yuuta Togashi knows that feeling better than most. As the former "Dark Flame Master," he carries the scars of his middle-school delusions and heads to high school determined to start over far from anyone who might recognize him. He wants a quiet, normal life, free from strange poses, secret powers, and the memories that still make him cringe. That plan collapses when Rikka Takanashi enters his life. Yuuta's new classmate, she proudly calls herself the vessel of the "Wicked Eye," and her theatrical worldview drags him back into the very kind of fantasy he tried to abandon. As their daily lives become tangled in mock battles, awkward misunderstandings, and the fragile hope of being accepted, Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! balances comedy and warmth around two teenagers learning that growing up does not always mean leaving imagination behind.
