Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai

In Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai, poor third-year student Nariyuki Yuiga pushes himself to earn the VIP nomination, a scholarship that would cover all of his college tuition fees. In recognition of his hard work, the headmaster awards him the renowned scholarship, but it comes with one condition: he must tutor the school’s geniuses in the subjects where they struggle most. His new pupils are Rizu Ogata, a math maestro who wants to study humanities; Fumino Furuhashi, the literature legend who hopes to enter science; and Uruka Takemoto, Yuiga’s sports-savvy childhood friend, who is hopeless at everything else. As he juggles their lessons, exam prep, and the awkward feelings that grow around them, every study session turns into a mix of misunderstandings, rivalry, and warm comedy. Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai builds its story around the clash between talent and ambition, showing how Yuiga’s tutoring pushes each of them to confront what they are good at, what they want to become, and how far they are willing to go for their dreams.
