“Tomadoi→Recipe” is the first opening theme of the 2014 TV anime Mikakunin de Shinkoukei (Engaged to the Unidentified; 未確認で進行形), produced by Doga Kobo. Mikakuning! performs the song, and the single was released on 19 February 2014. JZA80 wrote the lyrics, while Masaru Yokoyama composed and arranged the music.

Built as bright J-Pop, the track moves at a brisk pace with a buoyant rhythm and tightly layered vocals. The verses feel light and slightly restless, while the chorus opens into a cleaner, more cheerful hook. That contrast gives the song an animated push and pull between hesitation and forward motion.

Its tone fits a series built around awkward new domestic routines and an engagement that abruptly reshapes ordinary school life.
