Mononoke Hime

Mononoke Hime is the ending theme for Studio Ghibli’s 1997 animated film Princess Mononoke (もののけ姫), credited to Joe Hisaishi. It was included on the film’s original soundtrack album released in 1997.

Built around orchestral arrangements and a J-Pop framework, the song reflects Hisaishi’s sweeping melodic style. It is one of the best-known pieces associated with the film’s score.
