Yui Fukuo (福緒唯; born April 25, 1994, in Hyōgo Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with 81 Produce. She entered the profession after winning the Studio Deen Award at the 7th 81 Audition in 2013. In 2015 she joined A応P, and on April 1, 2016, she began full-scale voice-acting work with 81 Produce. As a member of A応P, she shared the group’s Special Award at the 10th Seiyu Awards. In 2018, she received the Best Rookie Actress Award at the 12th Seiyu Awards.
She is known for voicing Linze Silhoueska in Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni and Yui Akitsuki in Minami Kamakura High School Girls Cycling Club. For Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni, she also performed the ending theme "イセカイジュエリー". Credits that pair Linze Silhoueska with Yui Fukuo refer to her work as that character rather than to a separate artist identity.
In 2018 she joined the seiyuu basketball team ちぇるびあっち. In 2023 she wrote episode 6 of レベル1だけどユニークスキルで最強です, in which she also appeared as Olga.
