Suspended 4th is a Japanese rock band formed in October 2013 and active since 2014. After several lineup changes, the group operated from 2017 as a four-piece with Sawada, Kazuki Washiyama, Hiromu Fukuda, and Dennis. The band built its profile through street performances in Nagoya's Sakae district from late 2016, then organized the outdoor festival Street Musician Summit in August 2018 through crowdfunding. That event coincided with the release of "inversion", which reached No. 1 on the iTunes rock album chart on August 16.
On January 21, 2019, Suspended 4th recorded a street live performance in front of Sakae Mitsukoshi and later released it as "20190121". The band performed street shows in Los Angeles later that year and made its label debut with the mini album "GIANTSTAMP" on PIZZA OF DEATH RECORDS in July 2019. After live and street activities were halted in 2020, the group held the YouTube event streaming musician summit on May 29 and launched the members-only site BACK YARD CLUB in 2021. Dennis announced his departure in 2022 and left at the end of January 2023; Hira Riku joined as drummer on February 13, 2023 and later continued as a support drummer, and on December 17, 2024, Yoshimura Kentaro was announced as an official member at Nagoya ell.FITS ALL.
