Stray Kids

Stray Kids (Korean: 스트레이 키즈; RR: Seuteurei kijeu; often abbreviated as SKZ) is a South Korean boy band formed by JYP Entertainment through the 2017 reality show of the same name. The group is composed of eight members: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. Originally a nine-piece group, member Woojin departed in October 2019. Stray Kids are widely recognized for their self-producing capabilities, with the sub-unit 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han) spearheading the songwriting, composition, and arrangement of their discography. Their musical style is characterized by an experimental, high-energy sound often referred to as 'Malatang taste'—a metaphor for their intense, bold, and addictive sonic identity. Their lyrics frequently explore themes of youth, self-discovery, and overcoming societal pressures. Since their debut, the group has achieved significant global success, consistently topping international charts and selling out arenas worldwide. Their discography includes impactful EPs and studio albums like 'Go Live', 'Noeasy', and 'Oddinary', which solidified their position as leaders of the fourth generation of K-pop. They have garnered numerous awards, including accolades at the Mnet Asian Music Awards and the Billboard Music Awards, reflecting their influence on the global music scene.
