Stray Kids

Stray Kids (Korean: 스트레이 키즈; RR: Seuteurei kijeu; often abbreviated as SKZ) is a South Korean boy band formed by JYP Entertainment through the 2017 reality show of the same name. The group is composed of eight members: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. Originally a nine-piece group, member Woojin departed in October 2019. Within the group, the sub-unit 3RACHA—made up of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han—spearheads the songwriting, composition, and arrangement of the group's discography. Stray Kids draw from hip-hop, electronic, and rock, and their music is often described as having a 'Malatang taste' for its experimental, high-energy sound. Their lyrics frequently explore youth, self-discovery, and overcoming societal pressures. In performance, they pair aggressive rap verses and melodic hooks with intricate choreography and intense stage presence. Since their debut, Stray Kids have topped international charts and sold out arenas worldwide. Releases such as 'Go Live', 'Noeasy', and 'Oddinary' marked their rise within fourth-generation K-pop, and they have received awards including honors at the Mnet Asian Music Awards and the Billboard Music Awards. In anime, they performed the Tower of God themes "TOP", "SLUMP", "NIGHT", and "Falling Up", and also recorded "Hyaku Gojuu Ichi (ひゃくごじゅういち)" for "Pokémon" and "Bokura no Bouken" for "Hikaru no Go".
