Sokoninaru (そこに鳴る) is a Japanese rock band formed in Osaka in 2011. The band began as a high-school copy band before shifting to original material. It made its indie debut on KOGA RECORDS in 2015 with the EP I'm NOT a pirolian.
Associated with alternative rock, indie rock, and j-rock, Sokoninaru structures its songs around tightly controlled arrangements, sharp rhythmic shifts, interlocking guitar-bass-drum patterns, melodic hooks, and an intense, energetic sound. The band released YAMINABE in 2016, METALIN in 2017, ゼロ in 2018, the mini album 一閃 in 2019, and its first full album 超越 in 2020.
Its current lineup is a three-member formation in which every member contributes vocals: Juukou Suzuki on vocals and guitar, Misaki Fujiwara on vocals and bass, and Shouto Saitou on vocals and drums. Former drummer Tomohiro Takemura belonged to an earlier version of the band. When Saitou formally joined in 2021, Sokoninaru returned to a regular three-piece lineup for the first time in about six years.
In anime, the band performed "Soumonka (相聞詩)" as the opening theme for Majo to Yajuu. In 2026, Sokoninaru announced a one-man tour to commemorate the release of its third album, Zetsubou no Fuchi Demo (絶望の淵でも).
