Shiori Sasaki (佐々木詩織)

Shiori Sasaki (佐々木詩織) is a Japanese singer, chorus artist, lyricist, and chorus arranger born on September 19, 1993, in Kanagawa Prefecture. She is the daughter of session singer Kumi Sasaki and began working professionally in childhood through commercial singing. While in high school, she studied in Indiana as an exchange student. She then entered the jazz vocal course at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, where she studied under Gira Jilka. During her student years, she performed with the select big band Get Jazz Orchestra at venues including Akasaka B♭ and Motion Blue横浜. From this period onward, her work came to span jazz, pop, soundtrack work, and children's music. In 2014, at the Yamano Big Band Jazz Contest, Sasaki was selected by Yuji Ohno for the chorus group Fujiko Chan's. She went on to contribute vocals to Lupin the Third and other Ohno productions. She has since worked as a backing vocalist for Yumi Matsutoya, Yosui Inoue, KinKi Kids, and Beverly, and has also performed extensively as a chorus member on NEWS live tours. Alongside that work, she has been active as a lead vocalist in the duo Blue Peppers and the progressive city-pop unit KNOW. She also performed "Kodoku no Uta (孤独の唄)," the ED of "Ninja to Gokudou." In 2026, she was announced as the new vocalist for Persona 4 Revival, ATLUS's remake of the 2008 JRPG Persona 4, with Ryota Kozuka as composer. She succeeds Shihoko Hirata, the original vocalist of Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden, ahead of the game's February 18, 2027 release.
