Shiina Natsukawa (born July 18, 1996) is a Japanese voice actress, singer, writer, and YouTuber from Chiba Prefecture. She passed the 2nd MusicRay'n Super Seiyuu Audition in 2011 alongside Momo Asakura and Sora Amamiya, debuted as a voice actress in 2012, and announced the unit TrySail with them in 2014. Affiliated with Music Ray'n, she took her first starring anime role as Nonoka Komiya in 天体のメソッド and later voiced characters including Akeno Misaki in High School Fleet, Yuki Kusakabe in Interviews with Monster Girls, Hikayu Hoshikawa in Re:Creators, and Tsuruno Yui in Magia Record.
As a solo artist, Natsukawa debuted on April 5, 2017 with the single グレープフルーツムーン. Her second single, フワリ、コロリ、カラン、コロン, was used as the second ending theme of プリプリちぃちゃん!!, and she also performed "Witch☆Activity (ウィッチ☆アクティビティ)," the ending theme of Witch Craft Works. In 2019 she released her first album, ログライン, which included the self-written songs ステテクレバー, チアミーチアユー, and ファーストプロット, and later held her first solo tour, LAWSON presents 夏川椎菜 1st Live Tour 2019 プロットポイント.
Beyond voice acting and music, she made her fiction debut in 2018 with the short story たった3日で恋ですか in the anthology 最低な出会い、最高の恋, and in 2019 published the linked short-story collection ぬけがら. She opened the YouTube channel 417Pちゃんねる in 2020, renamed it 夏川椎菜 Official YouTube Channel in 2021, and made her stage debut in the lead role of オルレアンの少女-ジャンヌ・ダルク- in 2022. She has also used the name 417P for her online activities.
