Shiho Nanba is a Japanese singer-songwriter from Fukuoka Prefecture, born on June 14, 1993. Her music centers on the voice, in a gentle and intimate pop style shaped by clear melodies, expressive phrasing, and restrained arrangements that place vocal nuance ahead of heavy production.
She was scouted in Fukuoka City while appearing at a singing event in the sixth grade of elementary school. In 2008, she was runner-up in the 3rd Modechang Grand Prix organized by TOKYO FM's SCHOOL OF LOCK!. Later that year, she made her indie debut through LD&K Records with the mini album 「はじめまして、私。」.
In June 2010, Nanba made her major debut through Pony Canyon with the mini album 「ごめんね、私。」. The song "Gomen ne, Watashi. (ごめんね、私。)" was used as an ending theme for "Fairy Tail".
