Shigeru Matsuzaki (松崎茂幸, born November 19, 1949, in Edogawa) is a Japanese singer and actor. After a baseball injury ended his hopes of pursuing the sport, he turned to music while studying at Nihon University. He was scouted from the university band ミルク（ホットミルク）, then passed an audition for Victor Music Industries (now Victor Entertainment). In 1970, he made his solo debut with the single "8760回のアイ・ラブ・ユー".
Working across ballad, kayōkyoku, and pop, he first drew wider attention with the 1972 commercial song "黄色い麦わら帽子". His major breakthrough came in 1977. "愛のメモリー", developed from "愛の微笑" after his appearance at the Mallorca Music Festival in 1976, became a hit that sold about 640,000 copies and led to his first appearance on the 28th NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen.
In 1989, he established Office Walker. He remained active in music, television, and acting. In anime and related media, he sang for Nerima Daikon Brothers and the Katamari Damacy soundtrack, voiced the title character in the film adaptation of Space Adventure Cobra, and performed "Wanna be", the opening theme for Tojima Wants to Be a Kamen Rider.
