Nao Ojika (小鹿なお, born August 9 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with I'm Enterprise. After studying for three years at the Nagoya school of the Japan Narration Acting Institute, she joined the agency on April 1, 2019. She is known for voicing Temari Tsukimura in Gakuen Idolmaster (Gakumasu), Rui Nonoyama/Lulu Mashū in Mahou no Shimai LuluttoLilly, and Kaede Saionji in Ghost Concert: Missing Songs. She has also been associated with the name MashuLulu, and in Mahou no Shimai LuluttoLilly she performed "Calling," the ending theme.
In early 2026, Ojika collaborated with Aoi Nagatsuki on a digital photobook and a VOICE PHOTOBOOK built around photographing one another. Coverage of the project described white and black Lolita-inspired outfits, separate themed shoots, and a later Yahoo! News article that previewed their radio conversation about the production. She speaks Nagoya dialect, lists YouTube viewing as a hobby and dance as a special skill, and holds an ordinary driver's license.
