nagi, also known as Gazelle, is a Japanese singer. Before joining supercell, she uploaded cover songs to Nico Nico Douga under the name Gazelle. That online presence brought her into contact with ryo, the leader and producer of supercell, and led to a collaboration that took her from the cover-song scene to a wider professional audience.
She was the guest vocalist for supercell between 2009 and 2011. During that period, her voice became closely associated with the project as it expanded from online music culture into anime-related work. She performed "Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari (君の知らない物語)," the ending theme of "Monogatari."
After her time with the band, she continued her career under the name yanaginagi.
